Buying a bus ticket in Cambodia from CamboTicket is a simple 4-step process and takes less than 10 minutes to complete the booking. There are over 20 bus operators partnering with CamboTicket that offer buses on more than 35 routes daily.

1. Search

Use the search panel on CamboTicket home page to input the Departure and Arrival cities. Enter your date of journey and date of return journey if you are planning to come back.

Example: You want to book a bus in Siem Reap to Phnom Penh and you don’t have any plans yet for the return journey. The search panel details would look like this:

2. Select

On the next page, you would see a list of all the buses going to Phnom Penh on your date. Select the bus of your choice, based on your preference for time of departure, price, boarding point and amenities. Click the button (either “Book” or “Select”, if the company has instant seat selection). Click Confirm and Pay

 

3. Enter Details and Pay

Enter the passenger details. Select a preferred method of payment (Credit/Debit Card [Master, Visa and JCB], Wing, PiPay, or pay in cash at the CamboTicket office in Phnom Penh.

4. Check your email and travel

Two emails will be sent to the email provided at the time of booking.

a. An acknowledgement email with summary of your booking.
b. A confirmation email with your ticket which you have to print in two copies and give one to the bus operator at the time of boarding.
