How can I arrange my visa?

 

Sorry we are unable to provide you with professional advice on visa requirements as we are not a visa expert.

Can I modify my journey?

Modifications are permitted, but will be subject to seat availability. Please contact our support team for details. You can do this either on our live chat on www.camboticket.com, or by email to [email protected] .

 

Can I cancel my ticket?

The company policy of both CamboTicket and our operators doesn’t allow for cash or credit refunds. However, if the cancellation is done 24 hours before departure, we can issue you a cash coupon for the value of your ticket which is valid for 6 months. We can also try to modify your journey if notified with enough anticipation.

 I can’t pay by credit card, what can I do?

 Pay on Delivery service is applicable only for Phnom Penh and Siem Reap addresses. A member of our team will come to collect the cash from you and provide you with your physical tickets.

 If you are not in Phnom Penh or Siem Reap, we encourage you to do the payment either by credit card (our payment gateway is 100% secure) or by Wing transfer.

 

 Can I arrange pick up in my hotel or guesthouse?

Some, though not all, of our operators have a pick-up service for their bus routes. They come pick you up at your location, depending on the address. To this end, please contact  our support team either in the chat in our homepage website, or by email to [email protected]

 

Will my bus be on time?

 We receive many requests from our customers asking if their bus will be on time, as they sometimes need to catch another bus or are tight with schedules. CamboTicket is an online ticket aggregator, and as such, cannot have direct control on the punctuality of the service. There are many factors that can affect the service: traffic, road quality, circunstancial delays…. If your bus is crossing a border please note that the timings are approximate, as the crossing times vary greatly.

 As mentioned above, we cannot predict the possibility of delays. However, what we can do is help you to plan cautiously to avoid any last minite surprises. Please contact our support team in our live chat or by email on [email protected] , and they will give you advice on your individual case.

 

Does the bus take care of my border crossing?

 If you are travelling with a Direct Bus, the staff on board will take care of collecting your Passport and arranging your visa. You do not need to unboard the vehicle to cross the border.

 In case your bus is not direct, you will need to unboard your bus at the border and arrange your visa with your Passport by yourself. Another bus will be waiting for you at the other side of the border, so make sure the bus staff make clear the position of the new vehicle.

 

 I have had an issue with my bus operator, what can I do?

 We cannot control the daily operations of each bus company, but our Khmer + English speaking team can act as an intermediary to make sure that you can communicate with them efficiently.

 

 Do I need to print my ticket?

 No, you don’t need to have a physical ticket with you – CamboTicket is eco-friendly! We will send you your e-ticket once your booking is confirmed. All you have to do is show it to the boarding staff from your smartphone or tablet.
